View and edit passwords

To view the details of a specific password item, simply locate the item within your passwords list. This list contains all the passwords you have stored in your Intuitive Password account. Once you have identified the desired password item, click on it to access its detailed information. This will display the various fields associated with the password, such as the website URL, username, and password itself.

Marking passwords as favorites

If you frequently use a particular password item and want to mark it as a favorite for easy access, you can do so by clicking on the "Heart" icon located next to the password item. This will highlight the item as a favorite, making it easily recognizable in your passwords list.

Flagging passwords with different colors

In order to flag a password item with a different color, click on the "Flag" icon associated with the item. A color palette will appear, allowing you to select a specific color for the flag. This feature can help you organize and categorize your password items based on different criteria or preferences.

Cloning, exporting and printing a password item

To copy any field within a password item, locate the "Files" icon associated with the respective field and click on it. This will automatically copy the value of that field to your clipboard, enabling you to easily paste it wherever needed, such as during the login process.

If you need to create a duplicate of a password item, print it, or export it to a text format, you can utilize the relevant icons available. To clone the password item, select it first, and then click on the "Files" icon specifically designed for cloning. Similarly, you can click on the "Printer" icon to print the password item or click on the "Floppy Disk" icon to export it in a text format.

Revealing passwords in a password item

To reveal the password within a password item, click on the "Eye" icon associated with that field. This will display the password in plain text, allowing you to view it. Additionally, if you prefer a larger and more visible representation of the field, you can click on the "T" icon to show it in Large Type. This can be particularly useful when you need to view the password on a larger screen or share it with others.

Editing a password item

When it comes to editing a password item, start by selecting the password item you wish to modify from your passwords list. Once selected, you will be able to make changes to the editable fields, such as updating the website URL, username, or password itself. Additionally, you have the option to add tags or custom fields to further customize and categorize the password item according to your preferences. After making the necessary changes, remember to click on the Save button to ensure that your modifications are successfully saved and updated within your Intuitive Password account.

If you no longer require a specific password item and wish to remove it from your account, select the item and click on the Delete button. This will permanently delete the password item, ensuring that it is no longer accessible within your passwords list.
