Update login credentials

Change your account login password

This section allows you to update the password associated with your Intuitive Password account. Select the "Preferences" tab from the navigation menu, and choose the "Credential Management" option from the dropdown list. From the second dropdown list, ensure that the "Change Login Password" option is selected.

Verify your identity by providing your security answer, then enter your old password and the new password you wish to set for your account. After done that, click the "Apply" button to save the changes.

Note: It is crucial to keep your login credentials in a secure place as Intuitive Password does not offer a password reset option. If you forget your login credentials, your data will be permanently lost.

Change your account email address

In this section, you have the option to update the email address associated with your Intuitive Password account. Select the "Preferences" tab from the navigation menu, and choose the "Credential Management" option from the dropdown list. From the second dropdown list, ensure that the "Change Email Address" option is selected.

Verify your identity by providing your security answer, then enter your new email address. Click the "Send Verification Code" button to send and receive a verification code in your inbox. After done that, enter the verification code in the provided field to verify your new email address, click the "Apply" button to save the changes.

Change security reminder for your account

This feature allows you to modify the security reminder associated with your Intuitive Password account. The security reminder serves as an additional layer of security and helps verify your identity in case of any account-related challenges. By changing the security question and answer, you can personalize your security reminder to enhance the protection of your account.

Select the "Preferences" tab from the navigation menu, and choose the "Credential Management" option from the dropdown list. From the second dropdown list, ensure that the "Change Security Reminder" option is selected.

Verify your identity by providing your security answer, then define a new security question and answer. After done that, click the "Apply" button to save your updated security reminder.

In case you forget your security reminder, select the "I've forgotten my credentials" option. This allows you to create a new security question and answer without providing the old one. However, you will need to verify your email address by clicking the "Send Verification Code" button and entering the verification code sent to your inbox. Afterward, click "Apply" to save the changes.
