Search for passwords

The search feature in Intuitive Password provides users with a convenient and efficient way to locate specific password items within their account. Instead of manually scrolling through a long list of passwords, users can simply enter keywords or tags to quickly find the desired password items. This saves time and effort, enabling users to access their important information promptly and efficiently. Whether you have numerous passwords or specific items you need to locate, the search feature ensures that you can easily find what you're looking for, enhancing the overall organization and accessibility of your password management experience. Quick searching for passwords

  1. Find the search bar within the Categories panel, which is positioned at the top of the panel.
  3. Directly type your desired keywords or phrases into the search bar, then press the "Enter" key on the keyboard or click on the "Magnifying Glass" icon to start the search.
  4. The search results will then be displayed, showing password items that match your search terms.

Searching by keywords

  1. Locate and click on the "Search" tab in the main platform. Enter your desired keywords or phrases related to the password item you are looking for in the search field.
  3. Select the desired search options from the available choices, such as case sensitivity and whole word search. If you do not select any search options, the search will default to keyword containment, which means it will match password items containing your entered keywords.
  4. Click the "Search" button or press the "Enter" key on the keyboard to initiate the search. The search results will be displayed, presenting the password items that match your search criteria.

Searching by tags

  1. Locate and click on the "Search" tab in the main platform. In the Search panel, you will find all the available tags you've created in your Intuitive Password account.
  3. To search by tags, simply click on the tag(s) that you want to use for filtering password items. For built-in tags, you can select only one tag at a time for searching, whereas for custom tags, you can select multiple tags simultaneously for a more refined search.

Clearing the search results

To clear the search, click on the "X" icon located in the search results panel, the search results will be cleared.
